This tethered drone can reach depths of 360 feet (120 meters). The wire lengths available are 164FT (50 m) and 328FT (100 m). The drone connects via a provided Wi-Fi buoy. Poseidon I’s float uses a 2.4GHz frequency to communicate with controlling devices.
Live stream your underwater journey directly to your smart devices and make it possible to view significant moments in real-time. The submarine drone can operate for 5 hours, features a 1080p full HD camera and is ‘underwater optimize’. I imagine that means white balance or low-light optimized.

Triple thruster design delivers smooth and precise navigation in six directions such as downward, upward, forward, backward, turn left and right. Built-in posture sensor and self-balance control system secure steady movements in any condition. It comes in two colors, white and bright orange.
Poseidon 1 is small enough to carry on to an airplane and it is fully TSA approved. The side panels are made of industrial grade plastic and rubber coating, which protect Poseidon I from underwater unknown obstacles as well as rough handling when being transported.

Poseidon impresses us with its long battery life and easy to carry design. It still has some shortcomings, for example, the missing controller. But no worries! Everybody owns a smartphone or tablet these days, and via a free app, you can turn your device a drone controller.
